We ask that you make yourself aware of our Terms and Conditions of sale before placing an order with us. Customers must agree to the Network specific Terms and Conditions in order to submit an order in our checkout, however here is an overview of the service we offer.

Connections procedure

All phones are offered subject to connection to a minimum term contract on the respective network. Connection is subject to status and a refundable security deposit may be required - we will notify you if this is the case. You must be of at least 18 years of age to place an order for a handset and connection. We may require relevant proofs of ID and address to process your order at our discretion. We will contact you if this is the case.

By placing an order you are agreeing to your network terms and conditions, which are supplied with your handset, and are also available on our website. You will be required to agree to the network terms and conditions before placing your order online.

It is your responsibility to check any paperwork you receive from us for errors and omissions.

Orders that you place are subject to stock availability. We will contact you if your selected handset is out of stock.

Orders can be accepted in the UK only.

Your service will not be active until you complete the registration process by calling us back to confirm you have received your delivery, or we confirm delivery with our courier.

Network offers are subject to change outside of our control. Often an offer in one month will not be available in the next month. Please be aware that if your handset is ordered in one month but then not connected until within the next month, we may not be able to honour the original offer. You will have the option of taking the handset with the new offer or returning it within the returns period.

Payment

Payment may be made with Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch cards.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from number port issues. You must notify us of any problems within 14 days of your connection. After this, we cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes with your connection.

Delivery

We endeavour to deliver on the next working day providing we have all the necessary details to make a customer connection to the relevant network. If for any reason there might be a delay in delivery of your goods, we will contact you to advise you of this.

Phones are despatched via an insured Royal Mail service and are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next working day (Monday-Friday) . This service requires a signature on delivery.

IMPORTANT - in signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

Delivery to some remote areas of the UK may take longer. Contact us if you require clarification of your exact delivery schedule. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by our courier services, although we will do our best to assist in such matters.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of accessories and bundled gifts with your handset. Accessories that are not available when we despatch your handset will be forwarded by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery as soon as they arrive back in stock.

Returns

We offer a quibble-free returns period on all contract handsets for your peace of mind. Please see the network specific returns terms and conditions at the checkout point.

All handsets come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Please check the warranty information supplied with your handset for full details.

Pricing and website accuracy

All prices quoted include VAT and delivery to UK only. All errors and omissions excepted.

Network offers are valid until the last day of each calendar month in which the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any offer advertised. Customers will be notified in the event of any changes to our advertised prices and offers.

Although we endeavor to publish information and prices as accurately as possible, we cannot be held responsible for publishing errors.

Network Disconnections

All connections may be subject to additional charges should customers disconnect within the minimum contract term.

In this circumstance, a charge may also be made for any accessories or gift items bundled with your handset.

If your handset is disconnected by the network within the same time period we will charge you the cost price plus VAT of any equipment supplied including accessories and gifts, plus any delivery charges incurred.

Should you have submitted your credit or debit card details with your order you hereby expressly authorise us to deduct any amounts arising from the aforementioned charges.

Privacy Policy

In order to proceed with your purchase, we will need to gather some details from you. The information you provide will be passed on to the Network and used for a credit check. By ordering, you state your acceptance and agreement with this. We collect personal details to pass on to mobile phone companies for connection purposes only. All information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We also reserve the right to refuse fulfillment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order.

You can check the information that we hold about you by writing to us at our published address. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We do, however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities, such as the Police and credit reference agencies, in the interests of preventing fraud and crime.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future.

We may use Internet web-based technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Complaints Procedure

We are committed to exceptionally high-quality service. We aim to deal effectively and fairly with any complaints and comments to help maintain this. If you have any complaints or comments you would like to make concerning our service please email or write to us at our published address.

Complaints will be acknowledged within two working days along with a likely time scale for resolving any query you may have. All complaints will be dealt with confidentially, personally and specifically. You will be kept informed about the progress of your query. We regularly check this system to ensure it works and is continually improving. Any comments regarding our website or service are greatly appreciated.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
